Omgevingsplan + bestemmingsplannen

Flevoland will put the Geopolis Technology at the heart of the matter, primarily to the Omgevingsplan. This plan is the integral policy for the entire region for the period 2008-2015, looking forward to 2030. The Omgevingsplan is a combination of 4 legal area’s : the structure plan, the environmental policy plan, the water management plan and the regional transport and traffic plan. The Omgevingsplan also covers the social plan the economic policy plan and the cultural policy plan. The Omgevingsplan is partly the translation of European directives to regional regulations. The Omgevingsplan consist of policy text paragraphs and map layers and objects.  
A digital version of the plan an be viewed at www.omgevingsplan.flevoland.nl . It enables the visitor to combine the reginal plan with the local zoning plans of municipalities.
